North Point Power & Performance
North Point Explosive Development & Game-day Excellence
Take your game to the next level this summer with North Point Power & Performance part 1, a high-intensity training series for high school, college, and competitive athletes. This 4-week program is designed to develop full-spectrum athleticism—including explosive power, quickness, jumping ability, joint stability, and mobility.
Led by Dr. Jared Berryman, a former NCAA athlete and Doctor of Chiropractic, sessions will be held in small to medium-sized groups, once per week for 90 minutes. Athletes will also receive a customized training schedule for off-day workouts to continue progressing between sessions.
This isn’t just a workout—it’s a system to build a more resilient, more powerful, and more confident athlete.
Program Includes:
-
Speed & quickness training
-
Plyometrics & explosive power development
-
Mobility & joint stability work
-
Strength training progressions
-
Injury prevention strategies
-
Personalized training guidance
Limited spots available. Designed for athletes who are serious about performance.
What Makes This Different?
Traditional training builds a solid base — long runs or bike rides develop endurance, and the weight room builds strength. But that’s only part of the equation.
This program bridges the gap between strength and performance. We train your body to move explosively, absorb force, and stay resilient under pressure. You’ll learn how to produce speed and power efficiently while protecting your joints and minimizing injury risk.
Because the best ability is availability.
Each session also includes an educational component—teaching athletes not just what to do, but why it matters. Topics will include:
-
Exercise theory
-
Rehab and prehab strategies
-
Nutrition
-
Recovery practices
Build a smarter, more durable, and more explosive version of yourself.
